Guest Performance Dresden

The Staatskapelle Berlin’s status as an outstanding opera and symphony orchestra of international repute is confirmed by the regular invitations received by the ensemble and its musical director to major music venues around the world. In the 2017/18 season, the ensemble will be travelling the world once again, this time to South America, as well as playing in major European venues – Dresden, Paris, Vienna and Salzburg. The ensemble will be performing works by Mozart and Bruckner, as well as Wagner, Brahms, Debussy and other composers, with all its available instruments and a plethora of timbres.
